Dhiraj Gupta is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and human resources with extensive experience leading recruitment strategies across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Scientists & Engineering leadership at Amazon, Dhiraj also oversees global talent acquisition for the Alexa and Artificial General Intelligence teams. Prior roles include significant leadership positions at Insight Alpha and Astute Resources, Inc., focusing on HR strategic consulting and leadership development. Dhiraj has previously managed talent acquisition operations at the Australian Technical & Management College, MetLife, and American Express, demonstrating expertise in developing recruitment strategies, operational efficiency, and workforce development programs. Dhiraj holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Systems from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor’s in Commerce from Delhi University.
