Dhivya Sekar

Dhivya Sekar has extensive experience in operations management across prominent companies. Starting as a Software Test Engineer at Ivy Comptech from June 2011 to February 2013, Dhivya progressed to deputy manager at Snapdeal between May 2015 and April 2016, and co-founded Farmers Nest Private Limited from April 2016 to May 2017. Operations management roles included positions at Ola from June 2017 to July 2019, head of operations at Stanza Living until February 2020, followed by a senior operations manager role at Facedrive for a brief period in August to October 2020, and currently serving as operations manager at Amazon since October 2020. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. from Ca' Foscari University of Venice in 2014 and another master's in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, obtained between 2013 and 2015, following a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from PSG College of Technology.
