Dina Baker

Dina Baker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations across various sectors. At Amazon, from January 2019 to February 2024, Dina served as Senior Director of Amazon Yards Product & Services, overseeing yard logistics and driving the transition to autonomous operations. Additionally, Dina acted as Chief of Staff and Technical Advisor, leading global initiatives and organizational transformations. Previous roles at Altria included Senior Director of Business, Technology, and Operations, where management of a large team focused on transportation compliance and safety was pivotal. Doris has experience in sales and marketing management as well, and foundational leadership skills were honed during service in the United States Marine Corps as a Sergeant, Helicopter Crew Chief. Dina holds an MBA in Marketing and Management from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a BA in Sociology and Non-Profit Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
