Dinora Ramirez

Dinora Ramirez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in retail management and mentorship, currently serving as a WWGS Grocery Talent Academy Mentor at Amazon since August 2020. In addition, Dinora holds leadership roles as Co-President of the WWGS Latinos@ Affinity Group and Vice President of the Latinos@AFS Chapter. Prior to Amazon, Dinora spent over 11 years at Ross Stores, Inc. in various positions, including Store Manager and Area Supervisor, where responsibilities included new store openings, operations management, team development, and performance management. Earlier career experience includes working as a Medical Assistant at Central Pediatrics, where duties encompassed patient care and administrative responsibilities.
