Diogo Janeiro has a strong background in aerospace engineering and software development. With experience in the MIT Portugal Program, Diogo contributed to the design of a Stratospheric Climate Observing System as part of the Communications sub-team within the Avionics and Controls team. A summer internship at Life Emotions involved developing an application for network monitoring, enhancing proactive problem detection. Diogo's role as a Software Development Engineer II at Amazon included working on projects within INTech EU. Diogo also has a significant involvement in AeroTéc, engaging in telemetry and data analysis for rocket developments, managing communications and marketing as part of the Executive Board, and coordinating speaker engagements for Semana Aeroespacial 2019. Diogo holds a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico and completed a master thesis on antenna design at the University of Victoria.
