Cristian Crudo Domenico is a Customer Success Manager with over 10 years of experience in managing global accounts and driving operational excellence. They played a pivotal role as the first hire for Italy in Amazon's Strategic Seller program, launching operations in seven new markets. Previously, they served in various financial advisory roles at BNL BNP Paribas and conducted research and teaching at Emory University. Currently, Cristian is pursuing a Master's degree in International Studies at Università degli Studi di Siena. They are a native Italian speaker and proficient in English and Spanish, with experience living in five countries.
