Don Hausser

Don Hausser is an experienced Operations Manager at Amazon, having assumed the role in 2021. Prior to this, they served as Regional Director at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency from 2017 to 2020, where they worked on counterproliferation strategies across multiple regions. Don also held the position of Country Program Director at the Defense Security Cooperation Agency from 2014 to 2017, coordinating arms transfers and security assistance programs. Earlier, from 2011 to 2014, they acted as Army Programs Director at the Office of Defense Cooperation in Germany, overseeing significant military sales cases. Don earned a Master of Arts in National Security Affairs from the Naval Postgraduate School in 2006 and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Eastern Illinois University in 1995.
