Dongming Yang

Dongming Yang is an experienced professional in executive recruiting and human resource management. Currently serving at Amazon since January 2020, Dongming specializes in recruiting technical executives across various business units. Prior to Amazon, Dongming held positions in the US Army as an Executive Recruiting Military Fellow and Operations Manager, where responsibilities included people management and overseeing human resource and logistics operations. Dongming also has a background in training and development as well as behavioral health, with experience as an ESL instructor at both the University of Minnesota and the University of Massachusetts Boston. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Interpreting and Translation from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
