Doug Gradt is a seasoned UX designer with extensive experience in the technology and retail sectors. Starting as an Assistant Designer and Production Specialist at Eddie Bauer from July 1997 to August 1998, Doug then transitioned to a Web Designer role at the same company from 2000 to 2005. Doug contributed valuable design leadership as a Sr. UX Designer at Amazon.com from May 2005 to July 2013, and later co-founded Skilljar, where Doug served as Co-founder and Designer until its acquisition by Gainsight in September 2014. Doug returned to Amazon as a Principal UX Designer in October 2014, continuing to impact user experience design significantly.
