Doug Robinson has extensive experience in human resources, beginning as a Volunteer at Ecclesiastical Service from May 2005 to April 2007. Following this, Doug served as a Project Leader at FASTSIGNS from April 2007 to June 2011 and completed HR internships at McQuay International and Rasmussen College in 2011 and 2012, respectively. Doug worked as a Human Resources Intern at Eaton Corporation from March 2012 to June 2013 and progressed to HR Development Program roles at Eaton from June 2013 to April 2015 before becoming HR Manager at Eaton from May 2015 to April 2016. Doug briefly took on the role of HR Director at Amazon in October 2024. Doug holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science with an emphasis in Psychology from Utah Valley University.
