Douglas Rainwater

Douglas Rainwater, MBA, CTP, is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in general management operations. Currently serving as a Senior Treasury Manager at Amazon, Douglas manages cash operations for the North America and LATAM regions, focusing on process standardization and automation. Previously, Douglas held roles at Amazon as a Treasury Manager and Senior Financial Analyst, where they drove significant process improvements and led large-scale projects. They obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership from the University of Washington and a M.A. in English from the University of Florida. Douglas also served as an Adjutant in the United States Marine Corps from 1994 to 1998.
