Dr. Hetal Patel

Dr. Hetal Patel, PhD, is currently an SQA Manager at Amazon, overseeing worldwide Camera/Audio Software Quality Assurance and automation engineering teams. Previously, they held roles at Plantronics as an SQA Manager and Audio/DSP Algorithm Test Engineer, where they led audio engineers and developed test plans for DSP/Audio technologies. Dr. Patel began their career as an intern at NTRU Cryptosystems and later worked at Noise Free Wireless Inc as an Audio DSP Test Engineer. They earned their PhD in Biomedical Engineering with a focus on Image/Signal Processing from UNC and UML, as well as a Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
