Dray Holland

Dray Holland, MBA, is currently a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, where they have been since 2022. Previously, Dray served as a City Manager and held multiple roles, including Operations Manager, during their earlier tenure at Amazon from 2018 to 2020. Before joining Amazon, Dray worked at Target from 2011 to 2015, where they progressed through various leadership positions, ultimately becoming an Executive Team Leader. Dray earned a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Ashford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management from the University of West Georgia.
