Dustin Ingalls currently serves as Vice President of Worldwide Operations Security at Amazon, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Ingalls had a lengthy career at Microsoft, spanning from July 1994 to December 2022, where key positions included Corporate Vice President of Identity & Security Operations and Group Program Manager for Windows Security & Identity. Ingalls led various initiatives in security feature development for Windows operating systems and managed large teams responsible for enterprise infrastructure and application services. Additionally, Ingalls was the President of the FIDO Alliance from January 2015 to December 2016, focusing on enhancing authentication interoperability. Ingalls holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the UW Foster School of Business, completed between 1988 and 1993.
