Ebony McGhee

Ebony McGhee, SHRM-CP, MSOL, is an HR strategist and organizational leader focused on enhancing employee engagement and relations through training and development, coaching, and organizational design. With a comprehensive background in HR management and project leadership, they have held various roles, including Human Resources Director at Bambu Earth and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Amazon, where they currently work. Ebony has also obtained a degree from Xavier University and served in positions such as HR Manager at Advantage RN and Program Manager at Great Miami Valley YMCA. They are passionate about using a consultative approach to solve strategic HR challenges and improve overall employee performance.
