Edward Factor

Edward Factor is an operations professional with over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, specializing in building organizational capability using Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies. Previously, Edward served as Plant Manager at United Packaging Group, where they enhanced processes and developed teams to achieve business results. At Dean Foods, Edward was the Engineering Manager responsible for capital projects and maintenance in a liquid filling plant. Recently, Edward worked at Amazon in various roles, including Senior Maintenance Manager and Program Manager, overseeing reliability programs and new building launches. Edward is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Phoenix.
