Eiji Usami is the Director of Human Resources at Amazon Japan Operations, a position held since 2023. Prior to this role, Eiji served as Managing Director HR for GE Japan and General Manager HR for GE Healthcare APAC from 2018 to 2023. Eiji has extensive experience in human resources, having held various leadership roles within GE and Fujitsu, including Regional C&B CoE Leader for the Asia Pacific Cluster and Manager of Compensation & HR Programs. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Studies from Sophia University between 1992 and 1996.
