Elan Dekel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product strategy and AI autonomy. Currently serving as part of the AGI Autonomy team at Amazon since April 2025, Elan previously held a consulting role as Chief Product Officer at Nimble. From September 2022 to September 2024, Elan was the Vice President of Product at Pinecone, overseeing the direction of a vector database. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Google, where Elan led product initiatives for core data serving from May 2013 to September 2022. Elan also founded and served as CEO of Medico.com, a consumer health website acquired by Everyday Health, Inc., from September 2010 to February 2013. Elan holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Yale University.
