Elan Wang

Elan Wang is a seasoned talent management executive and general manager with extensive experience in human resources and product management. They began their career as a Client Services Assistant at Lehman Brothers and later served as a Financial Advisor at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. At Amazon, Elan currently holds the position of Sr. Manager in Talent Management, having previously excelled as a General Manager and Category Leader. Elan has also contributed to academic research, publishing in the International Journal of Primatology while working at the University of California. They are pursuing a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA in Marketing and Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
