Elena Ceccolini is currently the Operations Academy Dean for AMZL at Amazon and serves as a Bar Raiser within the company. They previously held the position of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Operations Manager and worked as an Area Manager at Amazon. Before their tenure at Amazon, Elena served as a pilot and senior officer in the Italian Air Force from 2000 to 2020. They also pursued higher education in leadership and strategic analysis at Università degli Studi di Firenze and are currently studying dentistry and dental prosthetics at Università Politecnica delle Marche.
