Elizabeth Grimaldi, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional in the fields of industrial and organizational psychology, with experience spanning various prestigious organizations. Elizabeth served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Portland VA Medical Center, where data collection and manuscript co-authorship on methadone safety in veterans were key responsibilities. Elizabeth later held multiple roles at Amazon, currently as a Senior Research Scientist focusing on Executive Talent Development, and previously as a Research Scientist in Executive Recruiting & Onboarding Success.
