Ellen Albenesius

Ellen Albenesius is a Senior Program Manager at Amazon, where they have been instrumental in driving process improvement initiatives across the AMXL NA and EU networks since transitioning into Program Management in 2021. They began their career at Amazon in 2019 as an Operations Manager, launching a site within the AMXL network and later becoming the Outbound Subject Matter Expert on the Operations Integration Team. Prior to Amazon, Ellen served as the General Manager at Charleston Sports Pub from 2015 to 2017, overseeing daily operations and employee management. Ellen holds an MBA in Marketing from the Jack Welch Management Institute and a B.B.A. in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Strayer University, and is currently pursuing an Associate of Science degree at Trident Technical College.
