Em Silbernagel

Em Silbernagel, M.A., is a Program Manager at Amazon specializing in Strategy & Operations. With a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology, Em previously worked as a Mental Health Therapist before transitioning to Amazon, where they held several roles including Recruiting Coordinator and Senior Recruiting Coordinator. In those positions, Em successfully redesigned the onboarding program for recruiting teams and collaborated with global stakeholders to enhance training initiatives.
