Emely Monterroso graduated from California State University of Long Beach in May 2018 with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Philosophy, followed by a Master's Degree in Legal Studies with an emphasis in Employment Law and Human Resources from Arizona State University in December 2020. Emely has held various roles in human resources, including Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Human Resources Assistant at Amazon, and is currently a Senior Human Resources Business Partner there. Prior to this, Emely gained experience as a Lead Associate Operations at Chase and as a Program Aide at the Boys & Girls Club of Antelope Valley, among other positions.
