Emma Cross

Emma Cross is a digital regulatory lawyer with expertise in digital and consumer regulation and media law. They began their legal career as a paralegal in the Intellectual Property department before completing various roles including Trainee Solicitor and Litigation Associate at Olswang LLP. Emma has held positions at BP as a Trainee Counsel and as a Seconded Counsel at Amazon, where they are currently serving as Corporate Counsel since 2022. Emma holds a First Class Honours degree in History from the University of Warwick and multiple distinctions in their legal qualifications.
