Eric Antinucci

Eric Antinucci is a dynamic Learning & Development leader with over 15 years of diverse leadership experience in both military and corporate settings. Currently, Eric spearheads strategic L&D initiatives for 75,000 employees across 65 North American sites at Amazon, leading a team of 10 Managers and achieving significant cost savings and efficiency improvements. Previously, Eric held various roles, including Executive Advisor and Human Resources Officer in the U.S. Army, and worked as a Management Consultant at Greencastle Associates Consulting. Eric earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Temple University, a Master’s Degree in Security Management from Bellevue University, and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Fayetteville State University. Passionate about building future-ready leaders, Eric combines military precision and corporate acumen to foster organizational growth and success.
