Eric Joiner

Eric Joiner is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as an Executive at Amazon since September 2025, Eric previously held the position of Vice President & General Manager at Diagraph, where responsibilities included executing global growth strategies and managing P&L. Prior to this, Eric spent several years at Johnson Electric as General Manager for Manufacturing Operations and Global Solenoid Products, overseeing multiple product lines while ensuring operational excellence and quality compliance. Eric has also contributed to Whirlpool Corporation in various capacities, including Vice President of Quality and Director of Global Operations. With a foundational career involving roles at Delphi and General Motors, Eric holds an MBA from the University of Dayton, along with advanced degrees in HR Administration and Industrial Engineering.
