Eric Kaler

Eric Kaler currently serves as the Senior Manager of Aviation Security – North America for Amazon, a role they have held since July 2019. They oversee security operations for a significant daily air-haul network and engage with national security stakeholders in the U.S. Prior to this, Eric was the Senior Director of Airline Security at Hawaiian Airlines, focusing on both aviation and corporate security while being a key liaison with law enforcement globally. They have made notable contributions to aviation security through risk-based, data-driven strategies, and have been featured in Aviation Security International Magazine. Eric's journey into aviation security was influenced by early experiences as a volunteer first responder during tragic aviation incidents.
