With a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, Eric has held significant roles, including Human Factors Advisor at ExxonMobil from 1997 to 2020 and Ergonomic Consultant at Swensen Consulting from 1992 to 1997.
