Currently, Erik serves as a Senior UX Researcher III at Amazon, where they focus on building data-driven frameworks that align product teams with user needs. Erik holds a BA in Political Science and Psychology from East Carolina University, a Master's degree in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University, and a Webmaster Technology Certificate from Northeastern University.
