Erika Schliep

Erika Schliep is a Principal Product Manager-Tech at Amazon and a second-year MBA student at the Tepper School of Business, specializing in Product Management and Data Analytics. They previously interned at Amazon as a Product Manager on the Handmade team and spent six years at Target Corporation, where they held various roles from a Business Analyst to a Lead Project Manager. At Target, Erika developed key strategies and tools that optimized merchandising and improved data analytics functions. They obtained a Bachelor of Arts with high distinction from Indiana University Bloomington and also studied at Temple University Japan.
