Esra Sisikoglu

Esra Sisikoglu is a Senior Research Scientist at Amazon, specializing in optimization and data-driven decision-making in last mile delivery and grocery operations. Previously, Esra served as Lead Data Scientist and Lead Operations Research Analyst at Target, where key contributions included developing supply chain models and data-driven optimization techniques. Esra also worked as a Data Scientist at Mayo Clinic, implementing scheduling and revenue management models. Esra earned a Ph.D. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan. Before that, Esra held the position of Assistant Professor at the University of Missouri.
