Ester Coves Quiles is a highly motivated and results-driven professional currently serving as a Site Leader at Amazon. With a background in business and technology, Ester has developed strong leadership and communication skills through education and experience in dynamic, cross-cultural environments. They hold a Master of Science in Management and Information Systems from Cranfield University and two degrees from Universitat Politècnica de València, including a Master’s in Aeronautical Engineering and a Bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering. Previously, Ester completed a summer internship with the Ejército del Aire, where they supported the engineering section of the Eurofighter Typhoon aircraft.
