Ethan Harley is currently an HR Business Partner at Amazon, having graduated with a first-class Bachelor's degree in Management and Human Resources from Lancaster University in 2023. Previously employed as a Graduate HR Partner at Amazon, they led LGBTQIA+ initiatives across approximately 30 sites in the Midlands Region. Ethan's earlier experience includes a Human Resources internship at Baxters Food Group and a role as a Marketing and Communications Officer at KeyAngels Estate Agent Ltd, where they developed systems to enhance workplace efficiency. They are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services at the University of Exeter.
