Euvie Proctor

Euvie Proctor has extensive experience in quality management across various organizations. At Sutherland Global Services, Euvie served as a Senior Quality Manager and Quality Site Head for Northern Region sites from September 2010 to September 2015, overseeing the quality processes for multiple sites with a team of over 60 specialists and managers. Prior to this role, Euvie worked at ePLDT Ventus from 2004 to 2010 as a Senior Quality Manager, where responsibilities included managing overall quality performance and implementing strategies to enhance QA and customer satisfaction. Euvie's career also includes positions at Amazon, including Vendor Manager and Senior Quality Analyst within Disability and Leave Services, and earlier as Director of Quality at Sutherland from October 2015 to June 2018.
