Fabian Richter has accumulated extensive experience in logistics and operations management over several years. They began their career with internships at Daimler and DaimlerChrysler before progressing to various roles at Amazon, where they served as a Senior Program Manager and Area Manager. Additionally, Fabian worked for SEGLO Group as a team leader and completed a Lean Trainee program at Schnellecke Logistics AG & Co. KG, where they honed their skills in Lean management. Through diverse roles across different locations, they have developed a strong foundation in operational excellence and innovation.
