Fabricio Vaz

Fabricio Vaz has extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, having held key positions at notable companies. At Whirlpool Latin America, from May 2017 to April 2019, Fabricio served as an Optimization Logistics Coordinator, focusing on optimization and routing for home appliances, employing Lean Six Sigma analysis with Minitab. During a tenure at Unilever from January 2012 to April 2017, Fabricio advanced from a trainee to a Logistics Project Specialist, successfully executing transportation innovations that resulted in significant cost savings. As Spare Parts Logistics Manager at Whirlpool Corporation from April 2019 to April 2021, Fabricio led logistics operations and achieved record performance metrics in 2020. Most recently, at Amazon, from February 2025 to July 2023, Fabricio held various senior management roles, including accountability for the OTR startup operations and last mile logistics for major regions. Academically, Fabricio holds degrees in Strategic Thinking, Cum Laude in Engineering from UFRJ, Logistics Management from Escola Politécnica da USP, and a certification in People Management with an emphasis on leadership from Unilever.
