Fatih Unlu is a Senior Manager of Economics at Amazon, where they lead a team of economists and research scientists in evaluating the impact of programs designed to enhance employee sentiment, retention, and productivity. They employ advanced econometric modeling and machine learning techniques to derive real-time business insights. Previously, Fatih served as a Senior Economist and Program Director at the RAND Corporation and as a Principal Scientist at Abt Associates. With nearly twenty years of experience in conducting rigorous evaluations of education and workforce development programs, Fatih holds a PhD in Economics from Princeton University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Bilkent Üniversitesi.
