Federico Scalese

Federico Scalese is a seasoned HR leader currently serving as the Principal Talent Management for the Customer Fulfillment organization across the UK and Ireland at Amazon. Previously, they held various strategic HR roles at Amazon, including Senior HR Assistant and HR Business Partner, contributing to initiatives that impacted tens of thousands of employees. Federico began their career with a focus on project management in non-profit settings, notably at Ragnarock, where they organized significant events promoting best practices across Europe. They hold a Master's degree in Management from Università Commerciale 'Luigi Bocconi' and continue their education at the University of Edinburgh Business School.
