Feng Han is currently a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer at Amazon, having transitioned from a role in Product Experience Analytics at Meta from 2019 to 2023. During their time at Meta, Feng leveraged Natural Language Processing and led data-driven initiatives that significantly improved user engagement and revenue.
