Fernando Álvarez

Fernando Álvarez is an internationally experienced Manufacturing Leader with a strong background in the food and beverages industry. They have held various roles at Nestlé, including Co-Manufacturing Operations Leader and Material Requirement Planner, where they achieved significant improvements in production and quality metrics. Currently, Fernando serves as a Site Leader at Amazon, managing inventory control and quality assurance at a major fulfillment center. They also completed the CORe Program at Harvard Business School, focusing on Business Analytics and Financial Accounting, complementing their degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
