Filip Kołtek is currently the CFO of Amazon.pl and the Head of FP&A for Europe Emerging Stores, having recently taken on the role of Finance Manager at Amazon. Previously, Filip worked at Procter & Gamble as a Finance Manager and Managerial Trainee in the Planning Service Center for Europe and the Central Europe Hair Care category. Filip also gained experience through internships at PwC Polska in innovation and the public sector. They hold a Master's degree in Finance & Accounting from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies of Economics and Management from Uniwersytet Warszawski.
