Filip Šinály is an experienced operations specialist with a focus on supply chain management and process optimization. After starting their career at McDonald's, where they progressed to management, Filip joined Amazon as a logistics operations specialist, improving weekend shift processes across continental Europe. Subsequently, they worked at Bolt, managing transitions to new systems, before taking on roles with Henkel and Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a purchasing coordinator and business operations analyst, respectively. Currently, Filip is pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave.
