Flavia Bien

Flavia Bien is a Learning & Development and Corporate Communications Manager currently leading the LATAM Payroll team at Amazon, where they have successfully built and scaled internal communications frameworks for over 13,000 associates. Prior to Amazon, Flavia served as President of Rara Avis Rainforest Lodge & Reserve from 2017 to 2020, managing stakeholder relations and overseeing a team while developing digital marketing strategies. Flavia's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Innovation Management and Communications from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and ongoing studies in Audiovisual Communications at the Universidad de Costa Rica.
