Flora Yang is an experienced professional in business intelligence and analytics, having held significant roles at Amazon from July 2020 to September 2024, including Sr. Manager of Business Intelligence, Business Intelligence Manager, and Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer. Prior to Amazon, Flora served as Senior Manager of Analytics and Analytics Manager at Expedia Group, where responsibilities included analyzing customer behavior and optimizing product performance through data-driven insights. Earlier experience includes a position as Analyst in Business Analytics at Sears Holdings Corporation, where Flora focused on financial performance monitoring, as well as a Data Analyst internship at PlayMG™ Corp, where data integration and actionable analysis were key contributions. Flora began a career as a Marketing Specialist at Net Chinese Co., Ltd, utilizing transaction data for brand strategy development. Flora holds a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from National Chengchi University.
