Franklin Diaz, PA, FMP, is presently a Senior Construction Manager at Amazon, where they oversee large-scale construction projects and enhancements of fulfillment centers across the U.S. They have a rich background in estate management and process improvement, which they developed during previous roles such as the Director of Ports & Facilities Management at Carnival Corporation and Senior Facilities Manager at New York University. Franklin has also accumulated extensive experience in the real estate field, having worked as a real estate salesperson at Mega Star Realty. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Behavior & Communication from New York University and a Refrigeration License from the Turner School.
