Gabriel Pratt

Gabriel Pratt is currently a Senior Applied Scientist at Amazon, where they lead eCLIP data analysis efforts for the ENCODE project and support team members with bioinformatics inquiries. Previously, Gabriel held various roles, including an Applied Scientist at Amazon, a Bioinformatics Scientist at TwinStrand Biosciences, and a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of California San Diego. Gabriel’s early experience includes serving as a Lab Technician at the University of Washington, analyzing ChIP-seq and DNAse-seq data, and a Software Development Engineer Intern at Microsoft. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Washington and a PhD in Bioinformatics and Systems Biology from the University of California, San Diego.
