Gary Norton

Gary Norton possesses extensive experience in operations and management across various industries. Beginning with a role as Site Operations Manager at BOMBARDIER from 1998 to 2005, Gary advanced to positions including Continuous Improvement Consultant at PICME and Production Manager at Rolls-Royce, where responsibilities expanded to Site Manufacturing Manager. Subsequent roles at Molson Coors Brewing (UK) Ltd and The Co-operative Group included Operations Manager and Depot Operations Manager, respectively. From 2013 to 2021, Gary held multiple managerial positions at Amazon, ultimately serving as Site Lead/General Manager. Gary achieved a 2:1 degree from Coventry University between 1990 and 1997.
