Gary Rodford

Gary Rodford is a strategic leader with over 15 years of experience in operational excellence and large-scale transformation across the EU. Currently serving as a Senior Learning Program Manager at Amazon, they lead an EU-focused cross-business line Learning Program team, utilizing Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies to drive organizational improvements. Previously, Gary managed career development for the British Army, overseeing training programs and fostering team collaboration, resulting in significant increases in qualified personnel. They are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership and Management at the University of Exeter.
