Gaurav Panwar is currently the Director of Amazon Exports, where they build a world-class cross-border e-commerce experience for millions of customers. With over 10 years of experience at Amazon, Gaurav has held various leadership roles, including GM and Head of Product for Amazon's cross-border retail business. Prior to Amazon, they worked as an Engagement Manager at Booz & Company, providing strategic consulting, and as a Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company, analyzing marketing investment returns. Gaurav holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
